Dongseop Lee, an integrated MS/PhD student in POSTECH’s Department of Electrical Engineering (advisor: Professor Wonbin Hong), has been selected for the 2025 IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S) Fellowship Program.

Lee is the only researcher from Korea among the 2025 fellowship recipients.

This prestigious fellowship selects a small number of outstanding researchers worldwide through a rigorous application review. Lee was recognized for the originality of his research project proposal, his record of 57 papers, and 14 awards at domestic and international conferences.

Based on next-generation display-based transparent antenna technology, the project proposes an antenna platform integrated with a display for combined communication and sensing. Through integrated design using transparent electrodes, the proposed AoD technology simultaneously enables beam control and multifunctional integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) applications. It also demonstrates potential for expansion to various device environments, including mobile devices, vehicles, and wearables.
