Part I:

6:00–6:25 p.m.: Department promotional video.

6:25–6:30 p.m.: Introduction of participating professors.

6:30–6:55 p.m.: Welcome address by the department chair, department introduction, and explanation of the FMP program.

6:55–7:30 p.m.: Q&A.

Part II:

7:30–8:00 p.m.: Presentation of mentor appointment certificates and explanation of mentoring guidelines.

From 8:00 p.m.: Mentor–mentee meetings by team.
