Schedule:

2:00–2:05 p.m.: Welcome by the department chair.

2:05–2:10 p.m.: Department office introduction by the office manager.

2:10–2:30 p.m.: Academic administration introduction by the academic affairs officer.

2:30–2:40 p.m.: Research/business travel, purchasing, and BK matters by the purchasing/assets officer.

2:40–3:00 p.m.: Laboratory safety management by technical/laboratory staff.

3:00–3:10 p.m.: Break.

3:10–4:10 p.m.: Library use introduction by library information staff.
