14:05–14:20 (15 minutes): Cleanroom introduction — Professor Bumman Kim.

14:20–14:35 (15 minutes): Compactrane introduction — a Ph.D. student from the laboratory.

14:35–14:40 (5 minutes): Transfer to visits at the accelerator, nanotechnology center, and Graduate Institute of Ferrous Technology.
