Professor Jun-ho Cho of POSTECH's Department of Electrical Engineering has been selected for the Korean Society for Engineering Education's Outstanding Teaching Professor Award in recognition of excellent teaching evaluations and creative teaching methods and instructional practices.
The society, chaired by Eui-soo Lee, annually recognizes professors recommended by universities and shares their lecture materials, teaching methods, and expertise to improve the quality of engineering education. This is the award's eighth year.
Six professors from universities across Korea will receive the award this year. The ceremony is scheduled for the morning of the 26th at the 2014 Engineering Education Conference at the Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel. (End / EE)
