A team including Inyeol Yoon, a master’s student in POSTECH Electrical Engineering (advisor: Professor Younyoung Chung), received an Excellence Award at the Fifth Bio Startup Idea Competition, sponsored by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

The competition promotes youth entrepreneurship by discovering promising ideas and business models in the healthcare industry. Yoon teamed up with Geonhee Lee and Sukyung Kim from Materials Science and Engineering to propose an anti-drowsiness neckband, placing third among 130 teams.
