Professor Jung-hoon Kim of POSTECH's Department of Electrical Engineering received the Outstanding Young Researcher Award at the 34th Institute of Control, Robotics, and Systems (ICROS) Conference in 2019.

The conference took place May 16–18 at the Kolon Hotel in Gyeongju. Professor Kim also gave an invited presentation titled “Analysis and Design of Sampled-Data Control Systems and Time-Delay Systems Based on Operator Theory” in the Outstanding Young Researcher Invited Presentations session.

This special session, held for the seventh year at the ICROS domestic conference, introduces outstanding young researchers aged 30–39 and their future research plans.
