Soo-jeong Kyung, a graduate student in POSTECH's Department of Electrical Engineering advised by Professor Sung-jun Chung, received an Outstanding Poster Award at the International Meeting on Information Display (IMID 2016), held August 23–26, for “High performance 3D organic circuits fabricated by solution-process.”

Approximately 1,800 display experts attended, making the conference the largest in its history in both submitted papers and participants.

Established in 2001, IMID is one of the world's three major display conferences alongside SID in the United States and IDW in Japan. This year's meeting also featured special sessions on emerging topics in augmented reality, virtual reality, and automotive displays.
