Professor Tae-Hyun Oh of POSTECH’s Department of Electrical Engineering received an Outstanding Reviewer Award at the 2020 IEEE/CVF Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition (CVPR).
Equivalent to the former Best Reviewer Awards, this distinction recognized Professor Oh as one of the Outstanding Reviewers selected from 3,664 reviewers at CVPR 2020.
IEEE/CVF CVPR is one of the leading conferences in artificial intelligence and ranked fifth across all academic fields in the 2020 Google Scholar Metrics, compared with Nature in first place and Science in third.
CVPR is a highly prestigious top-tier AI conference alongside ICCV, ECCV, NIPS, ICML, ICLR, and AAAI. These conferences are known to be more competitive than most leading journals.
Professor Oh joined POSTECH’s Department of Electrical Engineering on February 14, 2020, and leads the Machine Intelligence Laboratory (MILab). His AI research encompasses machine learning and its applications to computer vision and graphics.
