Professor Nam-yoon Lee of POSTECH's Department of Electrical Engineering has been appointed Editor of IEEE Transactions on Communications (IEEE TC; SCI, impact factor 5.823), published by IEEE, for multiple-antenna communications and communications using sparse signal processing.
