Professor Yoon-Young Chung of the POSTECH Department of Electrical Engineering received a 2020 commendation from the Minister of Science and ICT in recognition of contributions to technological advances in nanomaterials. Professor Chung actively researches transistors and sensors using organic and inorganic thin-film materials.
