Professor Byung-sub Kim of POSTECH's Department of Electrical Engineering has been selected as a tutorial speaker at the 2022 IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC).

Known as the Olympics of semiconductor circuit design, ISSCC is the world's leading conference in the field and annually selects top experts to deliver tutorials for the next generation of researchers.

Professor Kim will present “Basics of Equalization Techniques: Channels, Equalization, and Circuits.” Due to COVID-19, the 2022 tutorial will be delivered entirely through a prerecorded video. The IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) will subsequently manage the recording for educational use.

An expert in high-speed interface circuits and analog design automation, Professor Kim will also present two high-speed interface papers at this year's ISSCC.
