Euna Jeong, a PhD student in Electrical Engineering, received the Future Talent Award at the Third AMOREPACIFIC Awards for Outstanding Women in the Sciences.

Recognized for her excellent academic record, research achievements, and future potential, Jeong received the award alongside Seonghee Cho, a student researcher at the Korea Institute of Science and Technology.

The ceremony took place on the morning of the 29th at the convention center of Seoul National University’s Hoam Faculty House. Jeong received a certificate, plaque, and KRW 1 million.

The Korean Federation of Women’s Science and Technology Associations and AMOREPACIFIC established the awards in 2005 to support women in science and technology. The Future Talent category was introduced this year to help women in master’s and doctoral programs develop their full potential.
