Professor Tae-Hyun Oh of POSTECH’s Department of Electrical Engineering has been appointed an Editorial Board Member, equivalent to an Associate Editor, of the International Journal of Computer Vision (IJCV), a leading international computer vision journal published by Springer Nature. Its metrics are Q1, impact factor 19.5, and rank 3 out of 145 in Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence.

Editorial board members of leading journals are selected from nominees based on their research field, research quality, and influence. Professor Oh will review submissions related to computer vision, graphics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Professor Oh is actively involved in the international research community as an Area Chair and Session Chair at top-tier AI conferences including ICCV 2023, NeurIPS 2023, ICLR 2024, and CVPR 2024; a Senior Program Committee member at AAAI, IJCAI, and SIGGRAPH Asia; and an Associate Editor of Springer’s The Visual Computer and IEIE Transactions on Smart Processing & Computing.
