Myeong-seon Kim, a Ph.D. student in POSTECH's Department of Electrical Engineering advised by Professor Won-bin Hong, received a 2024 IEEE AP-S/URSI Student Travel Grant at the 2024 IEEE International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation and ITNC-UNSC-URSI Radio Science Meeting.

The IEEE AP-S Education Committee selects first- and second-year Ph.D. students through evaluation of advisor recommendations and personal statements, supporting conference participation by students with strong potential for future achievements.

In recognition of research excellence, Kim also received the 2024 IEEE AP-S/URSI Mojgan Daneshmand Grant at the same conference.
