Professor Yongjune Kim of POSTECH Electrical Engineering has been appointed an editor of IEEE Transactions on Communications, a prestigious journal published by IEEE, the largest academic organization in electrical and electronics technology.

Founded in 1953, IEEE Transactions on Communications is a leading international communications journal, ranked in the top 8.9% of electrical and electronic engineering journals according to JCR, with an impact factor of 7.2. Professor Kim will review papers on semantic communications, AI-based communications, distributed and collaborative inference, and related topics.
